To Solve these problem also make the website and application cost friendly for our client we choosed PHP & Laravel and for database MYSQL .By using handmade code we make the site more reliable then the previous site made in wordpress. making the application cost friendly we have used Flutter (Dart) as an frontend tech stack and for data reflection we build API's from our handcoded website.
